SENIOR LEADERSHIP TEAM

Emma
EMMA - MANAGING DIRECTOR

Emma joined Analox to work in the manufacturing team in 2006 after completing her A-Levels. The original intention was to save up some money to complete a ski season in Europe that winter, but she never left! Emma worked in a number of departments covering various roles before settling in operations in late 2007. During her time in operations, Emma was promoted to the role of Operations Director and completed her MSc in Manufacturing Leadership at the University of Leeds. Emma led the organization to win a number of manufacturing awards, including the winner of the Best SME in the Cranfield University Best Factory Awards. Emma stepped away from the direct leadership of operations in 2019 and took up the role of Managing Director for the Company.

FAVORITE PART OF THE JOB?

‘I love being with and working with great people, and covid reinforced how important that is to me. Spending time with colleagues at our HQ or USA office, or meeting up with customers and suppliers alike is what sets my world on fire!’

Paul B
PAUL - TECHNICAL DIRECTOR

Paul Joined Analox in 2002, working within the Design team, developing a vast knowledge of our products and customers application needs.  Paul has progressed through various jobs from Design Engineer, R&D Manager, Director of Projects and Director of Products.  He currently leads the Technical Direction for the Analox Group.

Vicky
VICKY - SALES & STRATEGY DIRECTOR, DEFENSE

Vicky joined Analox in 2000 and her role has progressed to ultimately lead the Defense team as  Sales and Strategy Director. Vicky has developed the defense division of Analox and created unique relationships with representatives of militaries around the world.

WHAT HAS BEEN YOUR PROUDEST MOMENT AT ANALOX?

‘For me it has to be working with our customers – we are lucky to be able to work on the most interesting projects with the most incredible group of customers on the planet, and see their challenges resolved.’

Craig
CRAIG - HEAD OF OPERATIONS

Craig started with Analox in 1998. Initially working in the Manufacturing & Test team, he soon rose to Supervisor level, then trained to become Analox’s first full-time Quality Manager in 2009. Craig added Health & Safety and Environmental management to his responsibilities, and as the role (and business) grew, he soon became Business Improvement Manager. In 2020 Craig returned to the team he started in, to become Head of Operations and leads the largest team within our business.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE THING ABOUT ANALOX?

‘Our products are fantastic obviously, but it’s the commitment to our people and our customers (internal and external) that inspires me. We have a history of investing in and developing our people, plus a real drive to consider the customer in everything we do and that’s how it should be.’

Ian
IAN - FINANCE DIRECTOR

In his 30th year with the company, Ian is by no means the longest-serving Analox employee but he has seen a lot of changes since joining as Finance Manager and becoming Financial Director in 2000.

WHY ANALOX?

‘Before joining the company, my career was the usual pattern for a finance person of 3 year stints and then moving on to move up. I came to Analox and just sort of stayed. It has become a cliche that you can read in any company report that a company is its people but at Analox it really is true. I feel privileged to have been a part of the Analox team for so long.’

Klaus
KLAUS - STRATEGIC SALES DIRECTOR

Klaus joined Analox in January 2022 as Strategic Sales Director and has over 20 years of experience in technical sales. Klaus started his career as an Export Sales Co-ordinator in 1994 and has progressed to Director level working for a number of manufacturing companies in filtration, safety technology and laboratory equipment prior to joining Analox.

MARKETING

Andy
ANDY - MARKETING MANAGER

Andy started in 2023 and is the Marketing Manager with responsibility for the Marketing department. His main duties are assessing the markets we wish to operate in and making sure we engage with customers and understand their unique challenges in their applications, then promoting the Analox brand and the company’s capabilities to bring awareness to our technology. This helps us to bring the right products and solutions to market with the right value proposition.

WHY DID ANDY JOIN ANALOX?

‘I had been aware of Analox for some time and have been really impressed by their ambition and ability to create bespoke solutions for their customers. This customer centric approach is something I truly believe in and is really motivating’

Michelle
MICHELLE - GROUP OFFLINE MARKETING MANAGER

After starting at Analox in 1999, Michelle originally worked in the sales team, selling the Analox 5 and the Mini O2DII, she joined the marketing team where she became CIM qualified.

WHY DOES SHE ENJOY WORKING FOR ANALOX?

‘It has to be the variation of work, every day is different and after 20 years it’s still different.’

BOB - GROUP DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER

Bob joined Analox in 2020, bringing years of digital marketing experience with him.

He is responsible for all things digital – the 4 Analox websites, videos, social etc and has been leading the Hybrid working project that will help to shape the future of the companies working structure.

FAVORITE PART OF ANALOX SO FAR?

‘The industries that we supply our products to. There aren’t many companies that can say they have their products in outer space, under the sea, in the military AND in many of your everyday pubs and restaurants!

Leisl is a Graphic Designer and Trainee Marketing Data Analyst at Analox
LEISL - GRAPHIC DESIGNER & TRAINEE MARKETING DATA ANALYST

Leisl joined Analox in 2019 and instantly added her own unique style to the Analox Brand identity. Leisl has been busy since her start date, working on a new set of brand identity guidelines along with influencing the design of the new company website and being involved in new product launches.

SO WHAT IS LEISL’S FAVORITE PROJECT SO FAR?

‘It has to be revitalizing the Analox identity guidelines. Building a visual identity for Analox, a company that caters to so many diverse and interesting markets was a challenge, but it was also extremely rewarding. I’m very lucky to have a great team around me, who gave me the support and confidence to create something that I can be truly proud of. I’m excited to see how Analox and the guidelines evolve in the future!’

CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Amy Clay is a Technical Customer Support Lead at Analox
AMY- TECHNICAL CUSTOMER SUPPORT LEAD

Amy joined Analox in 2022 after studying Aerospace Engineering at University. Amy is responsible for our technical support team and the creation and delivery of product training packages.

WHY DO YOU ENJOY WORKING AT ANALOX?

‘The main thing I really love about my job, is seeing why our products are so vital to many customers day to day. Being able to talk to many customers who need our systems to keep them safe through a variety of dangers. Not one day is the same for me witch keeps on my toes but also means that there is a guarantee I will learn something new.’

JACOB - TECHNICAL SUPPORT ADMIN

Jacob is dedicated to helping customers with their technical issues and discovering various useful methods to provide information. His goal is to ensure customers’ current needs are met and to anticipate and address their future requirements effectively.

Lee Kerswell (2)
LEE - SALES MANAGER

Lee joined Analox in October 2022 following 10 years in industrial automation. Having started his career toolmaking in the food packaging sector, Lee’s journey has taken him through mechanical design, technical sales & business development, to his current role as Sales Manager for the Defense team. With over 20 years of experience in technical sales using this knowledge and experience to drive the team and customer service.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE PART OF WORKING AT ANALOX?

‘My favourite part of working at Analox is working with the various teams across the business, seeing the drive and passion to produce quality equipment, using the latest technology that ensures people get home safe to their loved ones at the end of the day. Being part of a business producing this type of life saving equipment drives and inspires me every day.’

Catherine
CATHERINE - ACCOUNT MANAGER

Catherine joined Analox in February 2020 (when life was still normal). Initially working for the Commercial division covering maternity leave, she then moved over to the defense department and the role of ‘Sales and Marketing Graduate Trainee’ was created. Catherine worked in Operations, Sales and Marketing and has now completed her year in training. Catherine’s new role is Account Manager for the defense division.

WHAT OTHER JOB AT ANALOX WOULD CATHERINE LIKE TO DO?

‘I would like to either swap jobs with the Design Team (starting at the drawing board with our units) or with Vicky Pigg and gain an insight into how a director’s day goes.’

Kerry
KERRY - CONTRACTS MANAGER

Kerry joined the Sales team in 2008 after completing a law degree. Kerry has seen many changes in Analox including the creation of the defense division. Most of Kerry’s work focuses on negotiating and ensuring compliant delivery of military contracts, however, variety is added in the form of export controls and acting as legal counsel for the Analox Group.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE PART OF WORKING AT ANALOX?

‘My favorite part about working at Analox is actually hard to say, the team spirit and support from the team and senior managers is excellent – everyone cares about you both professionally and personally. But I also like the variation of the job – I never thought I’d want to work in commercial law but I love it. Finally, my job has purpose – what Analox does is protect people, and that gives me a sense of pride – corny but true.’

Rachael
RACHAEL - SALES SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR
Rachael joined the Analox team in 2021 as a Sales Support Administrator. She is part of the Defense team but also works alongside the Commercial team. Rachael enjoys her role as it is very varied and she’s involved in projects throughout the company, so no two days are the same.

 

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE PART OF WORKING AT ANALOX?
My favourite part about working for Analox is the people you are surrounded by, their support has enabled me to grow in confidence and knowledge which in turn supports our customers.

Matt
MATT – COMMERCIAL SALES MANAGER UK

Matt has been with Analox for almost 11 years and is still going strong. His current main focus is the beverage industry however, throughout his career at Analox Matt has worked with commercial diving and lab industries. Matt truly loves what he does and has a wealth of experience to help push Analox into the future.

ALEX - COMMERCIAL TECHNICAL SALES
Alex joined Analox in March 2020 as a Planner in the Operations department. In 2023, he transitioned to the Commercial Sales Team in Technical Sales, bringing his valuable experience and expertise to this customer-facing role. Alex’s journey with Analox reflects his commitment and adaptability, making him an integral part of our team.

Manufacturing instruments that save lives gives a real sense of meaning and purpose to the work we do here. The mindset of everyone I work with is totally aligned, meaning new ideas and innovation are embraced!

Marcus Whitmore-MTT
MARCUS - NATIONAL SALES MANAGER

Marcus studied languages at University and always wanted to work in business and travel the world so export sales was the natural environment. He’s worked in the Mining, Pharmaceutical, Industrial and Medical sectors, lived in Asia for 8 years, and has visited some 65 countries (and sold into most of them).

WHAT ATTRACTED YOU TO ANALOX?

‘Although travelling around alone is fun and challenging it can also be tough, and what I enjoy the most is working in a team and achieving success together in the collaborative way that Analox operates.

When I saw the quality and innovative products Analox manufactures and that it was targeting France (among other countries) as a potential growth market, I jumped at the chance of joining.’

Georgia Markouizos
GEORGIA – SALES EXECUTIVE

Coming on board with the company in 2010, Georgia began selling the original green and yellow O2EII’s to distributors in the U.S and the Americas, and she continues to believe in the integrity of the Analox products to date.

‘Not only does my job cater to a specific niche, but it’s also extremely rewarding because as part of the Analox family, we make a difference in helping save lives every single day.’

Scott Clarkson
SCOTT – SALES ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Joining Analox in 2018, Scott’s focus is Food, Beverage and Hospitality. He supports the Analox network of Distributors in North, Central and South America.

Julie
JULIE - HR MANAGER

Julie initially joined Analox in 1996 working within the Operations Admin team. As the company grew, Julie became the HR Coordinator in 2010 and was subsequently promoted to HR Manager in September 2011. Following her promotion, Analox invested and assisted Julie in successfully completing her CIPD qualification.

WHAT WAS HER FIRST DAY LIKE AT ANALOX?

‘Every day is different. HR is a challenging environment but the work and my role are varied which I really enjoy!’

Mandy Clews
MANDY - HR ADMINISTRATOR

Mandy joined Analox in 2020, working in the Supply Chain Team as Purchasing Assistant, responsible for the day to day purchasing of parts to enable us to build our fantastic products. Some of her previous experience was in Recruitment, so when the HR Administrator role became available, she thought it was a great opportunity for personal and professional development. Mandy really likes helping people, and doing a good job gives her a real sense of pride.

WHY DO YOU ENJOY WORKING FOR ANALOX?

I know it’s a cliché, but I love working at Analox because every day is so different. The people are amazing and it’s such a supportive environment, allowing people to grow and encouraging them to develop.

DEVON - HEAD OF PRODUCT & INNOVATION

First joined Analox as a Customer Support Technician in 2014 straight after leaving the British Armed Forces. In his tenure, Devon has risen through the ranks with time in production and operations – managing our special projects and aftersales departments – before most recently taking up the Head of Product and Innovation role.
