Analox Ltd is based in Stokesley, within the Hambleton District, which has recently been named fourth best place to live in the UK 2019. Working in the area sure does have its perks; here’s why!
Stokesley is a small market town, based on the River Leven, just outside the northwestern boundary of the National Park. Due to this, we get to see beautiful scenery and landscapes on our way to and from work everyday and even from our office windows!
Along with its beautiful views, Stokesley has many historical features and buildings, including the packhorse bridge over the River Leven which was built in the 17th century. A short walk away from Analox, you will find an intact historic high street lined with many independent shops, restaurants, and coffee shops.
You can even visit the weekly market every friday, which started in the 13th century, on the large market square in front of the town hall.
Stokesley is also well known for its annual ‘Stokesley Show’, an agricultural show that has been running for 160 years. Every year, 20,000 visitors flock to the event, it is a great time to get involved, meet new people and celebrate!
