Analox have been awarded the top rating of three stars in an independent assessment of our customer service levels.

Analox were given the coveted three star award from Investor in Customers (IIC), an assessment company focused on helping organisations improve their customer satisfaction levels.

They have been working with Analox to assess the customer experience which is delivered to Analox’s customers by obtaining feedback from customers, staff and senior management, alongside an independent assessment conducted by IIC.

The criteria IIC assessed included how well Analox understood their customers’ needs, delivered products and services that met those needs, delivered first class service and created loyalty in customers and staff.

Receiving the maximum three star award is a fantastic achievement, as it reserved for organisations that consistently exceed customer expectations.

Three stars first time - a rare achievement

It is also very rare for companies to be given this rating first time, as less than 10% of organisations who work with IIC have been awarded it after their first assessment.
