Analox staff and their families got to experience all the fun of the fair at our carnival open day on 15 May.
Over a hundred people attended the event which was held to celebrate Analox Military Systems (AMS) being featured in an official commemorative album for The Queen’s 90th Birthday Celebration at Windsor.
The publication celebrates the life and reign of The Queen and showcases a selection of organisations in the UK and Commonwealth, including AMS.
It was an honour to be asked to appear in the album, so to celebrate we decided to host a carnival day for all of our Analox colleagues and their families.
The car park was transformed into a fun-filled arena suitable for both children and adults with a two lane inflatable bungee run, surf simulator, circus workshops, and a range of bouncy activity zones.
In addition to this, there were several carnival games and free popcorn, pizza and icecream for everyone.
The weather was in our favour, as the sun shone brightly throughout the day, which was perfect for our outdoor event.
Staff could also take their families inside the Analox building to show them where they work and see how Analox operates.
Everyone seemed to enjoy themselves, with staff seen getting competitive on the bungee run and even our Chairman, Alan Harbottle, trying his luck on the surf simulator.
The event was a resounding success and we want to say thank you to everyone who attended.
