Analox is a major sponsor of a local event which celebrates the ‘Tour de Yorkshire’ travelling through Stokesley for the first time.
The Tour de Yorkshire is a three-day road cycling event, created after the success of the 2014 Tour de France, when the first two stages of the event took place in Yorkshire .
The final stage of the 2016 Tour de Yorkshire takes place on Sunday 1 May, with part of the race passing through Stokesley High Street.
To commemorate the occasion, Stokesley Parish Council and local businesses will be holding a ‘Tourfest’ festival on the day. The event will feature live music, food stalls and activities for children, as well as an outdoor screen showing the Tour de Yorkshire.
Analox is sponsoring the event alongside other local businesses, with banners in Stokesley High street bearing our logo.
Mark Lewis, Managing Director for Analox Ltd said: “As an avid cyclist, I’m delighted that the Tour de Yorkshire is coming to Stokesley and that Analox is going to be a part of the celebrations. Many Analox employees live in or near Stokesley and are looking forward to being there on the day.”
